Boxes · By application
Start from the product, not the box. Each application below has its own construction and insert, because what goes inside decides how the box has to hold it.

Rigid, magnetic or folding builds with printed interiors.

Die-cut inserts that hold the jar upright in transit.

Cartons and rigid sets for bottles, jars and tubes.

Rigid boxes with foam or flocked cavities cut to the piece.

Sized to the folded garment so the fabric is not creased.

Self-locking corrugated mailers for e-commerce parcels.

Counter trays and shelf-ready packs built around the shelf.
Choosing
Four questions that narrow it down before you send a brief.
A ring needs a cavity cut to the piece; a folded shirt needs a box measured on the folded stack. The contents set the internal dimensions and the insert.
A retail box and a shipping box carry different loads. If the box ships as the parcel, the board and the lock matter more than the print.
Rigid and magnetic builds are chosen when the box is kept. Folding cartons are chosen when it is opened and discarded.
If the product should be seen on a shelf, a die-cut window or an open tray does that work better than print does.
