Wholesale jewelry boxes
Jewelry boxes are judged by the insert. A ring that moves in the box arrives scratched, so the cavity is cut to the piece before the box is designed around it.
Jewelry box types
Five builds for jewelry.
The piece decides the cavity; the cavity decides the box.
Necklace sets
A wide tray with separate slots, so chains sit apart and do not tangle in transit. The lid can be printed or foiled to match the card inside.
Bracelet boxes
A long cavity with a soft lining, cut to the diameter of a bangle or cuff. The tray can be flocked, satin or suede so the metal does not mark.
Earring pairs
Two matched cavities, sometimes with a printed card behind so the studs stay upright. The smallest rigid build we run, and the cheapest to freight.
Jewelry pouches
A drawstring pouch in velvet, satin or cotton, with a printed jewellery card inside. The smallest pack that still feels like a gift.
Jewelry paper bags
A printed bag sized to the box, so the piece leaves the counter gift-ready. Made from the same paper as the wrap, so the set reads as one piece.
Choosing the insert
Foam or flocked
Foam is firmer and cheaper; flocked board looks softer and is the usual choice for retail jewelry.
Cavity shape
Cut to the piece, not to a standard ring size. Send the item or its dimensions.
Lid and print
A rigid lid with a printed interior is what most jewelry brands use for the reveal.

- Lid-and-base / book / drawer
- Box style
- Hand-made rigid builds. The lid-and-base is the standard; a book-style lid or a drawer changes how the piece is revealed.
- 1,200 g grey board + 157 g wrap
- Material
- A rigid grey board core so the box does not flex when the lid is lifted, wrapped in 157 g art paper, printed or plain.
- Textured / pearl / speciality
- Wrap paper
- Embossed, pearlescent and other speciality papers cost more per sheet but read as luxury on the counter — and carry a higher retail price.
- Foil / emboss / spot UV
- Special finishing
- Hot foil, emboss, deboss and spot UV put the brand on the lid. Each is a separate die and a separate pass.
- Foam / flocked / EVA
- Insert
- The cavity is cut to the piece so it cannot move. Flocked board is the usual retail finish; foam and EVA are firmer.
- Flocked inside
- Interior finish
- A soft-touch flocked lining that will not scratch metal or stone, and makes the inside of the box part of the presentation.
- By hand
- Assembly
- Wrapping, lining and insert fitting are done by hand, then checked one by one. This is the largest labour line.
- Pouch / paper bag
- Matching extras
- A pouch and a printed bag can be made to match the box, so the piece leaves the counter ready to give.
