Material
Art paper over grey board, kraft, recycled stock and corrugated board — chosen for your product weight and finish.
Color
CMYK or Pantone across the whole box: full-color print, solid brand colors, or plain kraft with a single spot color.
Size
Made to your product. Rigid boxes are built to the millimeter; folding and mailer boxes fold flat to save freight.
Finishing
Matte, gloss or soft-touch lamination, hot foil, emboss or deboss, spot UV, texture and die-cutting.
Inserts
Foam, EVA, pearl cotton (EPE), satin fabric, paper trays and blister board hold the product still.
Accessories
Ribbons, magnets, handles, 3M tape, tissue paper, envelopes, cards and stickers to complete the pack.

2. Insert and box size
We size the box and insert to your product, so it sits tight, survives transit and opens the way you want. Send AI, PDF or EPS artwork with fonts outlined; we match Pantone colours and confirm the material before sampling.

3. Sample
Digital-printed samples are free and ready in about 5 days. Special finishing or a custom insert costs extra, and courier is paid by the customer. In a hurry? We confirm structure, colour and print by photo before the sample ships, so you decide sooner.

4. Sample approval
Check the sample against your product, then sign off on structure, colour, quantity and finish. We confirm the 10–20 working day schedule and shipping plan with you, so production starts with nothing open.

5. Mass production
Your order is checked at every production stage, built to the approved sample and spec. Ten to twenty working days after approval it is packed and ready to ship; 60-day warranty, we remake anything that misses spec.

6. Shipping
Goods ship by express, air or sea depending on the terms you choose, and tracking is sent the day it leaves. FSC-ready material is available on request — tell us at quoting stage which documentation your market needs.
