Choosing the mailer
Board grade
E-flute is the standard for e-commerce mailers: thin enough to score cleanly, strong enough for a courier.
Lock or tape
Self-locking bases save packing time; tear strips save the customer a knife.
Size to the product
A mailer that is too big needs void fill, which costs more in freight than the extra board would.
