A tuck-top shipping box, also called an airplane box, folds flat for storage and shipping, then self-locks without tape when packed. It is a practical choice for e-commerce orders and small electronics that need protection and a neat opening.
Construction and protection
The box is built from E-flute or B-flute corrugated cardboard with a printed liner in CMYK or Pantone, and can be finished matte or gloss with soft-touch, hot foil, emboss or deboss and spot UV. The one-piece die-cut construction keeps assembly fast on a packing line.

Send your size and artwork and we reply with a quote. Minimum order starts from 100 pcs, a custom sample is produced for approval in about 5 days, and production runs about 12 to 20 working days after approval. FSC chain-of-custody paper is available on request.
