A round pack with a printed wrap
Paper tubes give a product a shelf presence that a square box cannot match: a clean cylinder, a printed wrap and a lid that turns or lifts. Used for candles, cosmetics, tea, essential oils and gift sets.
Tube, wrap and lid
The body is a wound paperboard core with a printed paper wrap, closed with a twist-top, a slip lid or a push-fit cap. The printed wrap carries the artwork, so colour and finish are decided there rather than on the board itself.
Options you can choose
Diameter and height: made to fit your product. Lid: twist-top, slip lid or push-fit cap. Printing: CMYK or Pantone on the wrap. Finishing: matte, gloss or soft-touch lamination, hot foil, emboss, spot UV. Interior: plain, or with an inner liner on request. Extras: foam or paper insert, ribbon, coordinated tissue and tags.

Paper tube FAQ
Quick answers to the questions buyers ask us most about printed paper tubes.
1. What can go inside a paper tube?
Candles, cosmetic bottles and jars, tea, essential oils, rolled textiles and small gift sets. The tube is sized to the product, and the fit is checked at the sample stage.
2. Which lid type should I choose?
A twist-top gives a premium feel and a secure close; a slip lid has a simpler construction; a push-fit cap can suit shallow tubes. We recommend one once we know the product dimensions and weight.
3. Can the artwork run around the tube?
Yes: the printed wrap goes around the cylinder, so artwork can wrap around it. Keep critical elements clear of the seam — tell us where you want the seam to sit.
4. Can I add an insert to hold the product?
Yes: a foam or paper insert can be cut to the product and fitted inside the tube, which helps keep the item centred in transit.
5. What is the minimum order and lead time?
From 100 pcs per size and design; a sample in about 5 days, production in about 10 to 20 working days after approval.
