Varnish — gloss & matte
Printed varnish seals the sheet in gloss or matte — a lighter-touch alternative to film lamination.

Hot foil & emboss
Foil in gold, silver, rose gold or custom colours, pressed with the logo raised out of the sheet — together they make the premium look.

Emboss & deboss
Emboss raises the design up, deboss presses it down — with foil for contrast, or blind for a subtle tone-on-tone texture.

Spot UV & screen printing
Spot UV lays high-gloss detail on a matte surface so the logo catches the light; screen printing lays down solid, opaque ink.

Texture pressing
A texture plate presses a pattern into the sheet or lamination — skin-feel grains and custom textures without any ink.

Powder effects
Glitter and pearl powders are broadcast over the sheet and sealed — a sparkling or shimming finish for accents and wraps.

Flocking
Velvet fibres are bonded to the sheet or tray for a soft, suede-like touch — common on jewellery inserts and premium lids.
