Corrugated mailer boxes are built for shipping: the fluted board cushions the product while the printed outer surface carries the brand. They suit ecommerce, subscription and direct-to-customer orders.
Construction and finishing
The standard construction is 250 g paper, an E-flute corrugated layer, then 250 g paper, printed in CMYK or Pantone. Finishing can be matte or gloss laminated with hot foil, emboss or deboss and spot UV. Inserts in foam, EVA, paper, blister or flocked board keep products in place during transit.
