A simple way to make a small gift feel finished
A pillow box is one piece of board with a tuck end at each side. It is delivered flat, is quick to assemble and still looks like a finished gift — which is why it is common for sweets, jewellery, cosmetic samples and small retail items.
One piece, two tucks
The box is a single die-cut blank: the side seam is glued in production and the two ends tuck in. There is no separate lid, which keeps tooling simple and assembly quick.
Options you can choose
Size: made to fit your product, with the curvature matched to the contents. Board: folding carton board, weight confirmed with your quote. Printing: CMYK or Pantone. Finishing: matte, gloss or soft-touch lamination, hot foil, emboss, spot UV. Window: die-cut window on request. Extras: ribbon, coordinated tissue and tags.
Ordering Your First Run
Six steps from your first message to delivery.
1. Product and size — send the product dimensions; the curvature is based on the product size so the box closes cleanly.

3. Sample — we make and ship the sample faster and at lower cost, or confirm the details with photos.
4. Sample approval — you confirm every detail, including lead time and the shipping plan.
5. Mass production — QC passed: produced to spec and delivered on time; we keep you posted at every step.
6. Shipping — we share tracking as it moves, and follow up for your feedback after delivery.
Pillow box FAQ
Quick answers to the questions buyers ask us most about pillow boxes.
1. What is a pillow box best for?
Small, light items with a bit of give: sweets, jewellery, cosmetic minis, hair accessories and gift cards. It is not the right pack for heavy or fragile products.
2. Does the box need glue?
The two tuck ends close without adhesive. The side seam is glued during production, so the box arrives assembled and flat, ready to fold out.
3. Can pillow boxes have a window?
Yes: a die-cut window can be added to the front panel so the product shows. A window usually needs its own cutting die, and tooling is quoted separately.
4. Will it hold its shape?
The curvature is based on the product size. If the contents are too bulky, the ends can push open, so send the product dimensions and we adjust the blank before sampling.
5. What is the minimum order and lead time?
From 100 pcs per size and design; a sample in about 5 days, production in about 10 to 20 working days after approval.
