A rigid box that protects the product and carries the brand
Rigid boxes are built from wrapped grey board rather than folded corrugated board, so they hold their shape on a shelf, sit flat in a display, and open like a presentation case. They suit gifting, retail and subscription kits where the unboxing moment is part of the product.
Construction, materials and finishing
The standard build wraps 157 g art paper over 1,200 g grey board. Printing runs in CMYK or Pantone, and the surface can be matte or gloss laminated, including a soft-touch finish. Special finishing covers hot foil, emboss or deboss, and spot UV. Interior inserts are available in foam, EVA, paper, blister or flocked board.
