A box built around the bottle
A wine box has to carry weight and protect glass, so the structure is cut to the bottle diameter and finished to match the label. Single-bottle, double-bottle and gift-set layouts are all made to order.
Construction and protection
Cut to the bottle, not the other way round: the interior cradle is sized to your bottle diameter so the glass sits snug and cannot roll, with a die-cut or EVA base that takes the weight. Single-bottle and two-bottle layouts both carry flute or glass cut-outs when you need them.
Options you can choose
Material: 157 g art paper over 1,200 g grey board. Colour: CMYK or Pantone, printed outside and inside. Size: made to your bottle. Finishing: matte, gloss or soft-touch lamination, hot foil, emboss and spot UV. Insert: die-cut board, foam or EVA cradle; two-glass option. Accessories: ribbon, magnet, tissue paper and envelopes.
